Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and if you see an item you like then enter the number of items you wish to buy and select the 'Add to Cart' button.
If you need to amend an order click on 'View Cart' and select the item you want to amend by ticking the radio button on the right then select the appropriate option.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for delivery details, which we need to be able to complete your order.

Returns Policy We take customer service very seriously at Windmill Direct, however, if you are not happy with your product then follow this process:
1. Complete the returns form and indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund. 2. Pack the item in its original packaging and return it to Windmill Direct, PO Box 2031, Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland, EH54 0DB
Items will be refunded provided they are not used; in bought condition; and that you have taken care to return them safely to Windmill Direct.
We strongly recommend that you return items by registered post as Windmill Direct will not take responsibility for lost or stolen items. Postage will not be refunded on returned items, however, on items that are damaged or faulty we will cover the cost of returns and either exchange or provide a refund.
